The boys have recently developed an obsession with fire trucks. So, when we found out that Chick-fil-a was hosting a fire event right down the street from our house, we knew we would have to take the boys to see the trucks. They loved it and even though it was about a billion degrees outside, they didn’t seem to notice and we had to drag them away at the end!
We celebrated our nation’s freedom with a much needed day of relaxation with close friends & family. The day began with a special celebration service at church and we spent the rest of the afternoon swimming, eating and enjoying the fireworks. We have been so busy with all of the preparation for baby girl’s arrival in just a couple of short weeks. It was so nice to spend the day away!
The boys love the pool and had a great time playing with water guns, splashing and shooting hoops with Daddy
They made room for homemade ice cream, even when we thought they could eat no more!
The sparklers were a big hit, and the boys are still talking about the fireworks!
